Once a corporate go-getter in the Silicon Valley, Traci Bautista left a successful marketing and graphic design career in 2001 to pursue her passion for art and share her love of creativity with people worldwide. Focusing her artistic energy into treiC designs, Traci has become an accomplished mixed media artist, creative entrepreneur, instructor, and is the author of the bestselling book Collage Unleashed and the more recent Doodles Unleashed (released in January 2012). She has been a regular guest on “DIY/HGTV Craft Lab” throughout her career as an artist, and her art has been featured in more than 15 art and mixed media books, numerous blogs and 40+ craft magazines including Somerset Studio, Altered Couture, cloth.paper.scissors, Art Journaling, Art Quilting Studio, Belle Armoire, Craft and Where Women Create.
Traci contributes her success as an artist to her past experiences and innate drive to explore and create without boundaries. In twelve years, she has taught mixed media workshops in handmade books, art journaling, creative business, and surface design to thousands of people.Traci has been a close collaborator with iLoveToCreate throughout the years, developing successful product lines like Collage Pauge® Instant Decoupage, and is currently spearheading the style reMIX campaign with iLoveToCreate and Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores® .
